I regret having to write this review. I have already been to "I Fratellini" several times, the first one more than a year ago. From the outside it looks like a good pizzeria and what's more, being positioned in front of "I Ghiotti", it attracts those who don't want to queue for miles to eat a pizza. The first time I ate very well, as did the following times. However, I noticed a deterioration over time, so much so that the last dunk I took, the last one ever at this place, had several problems. The flatbread was harder than usual and crumbled easily. It was very salty, but so salty as to be inedible, and it was quite cold, perhaps it had been left out so much that the consistency was worse. Despite the good ingredients inside, I didn't enjoy it at all. I hope you can pay more attention to these details. I remain convinced that a restaurant should focus more on quality rather than quantity of sales. Hypertourism is causing damage on all sides... Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best sandwich and wine shop in Florence. Armando is so kind and the best Italian! Definitely worth the long line wait.
