Tonight the staff at IHOP went above and beyond any restaurant experience I have ever had. And I’ve had many across the nation. In short, it involved pancakes for my child at 8:45pm that left me ugly crying happy tears in the parking lot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
