PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE! I really wish that I can give this place a better review but I was very disappointed. Definitely social media can give the wrong impression of a restaurant and I was able to experience that last night. I got their steak special, NY Strip with some sort of weird gorgonzola sauce (tasted like blue cheese for wings), stay away! The sauce ruined a $60 steak which had no seasoning and came with a side of fried onions, no fries or no salad offered. 4/10 My wife got a $35 dollar Vodka Chicken Parmesan. Did not taste like vodka sauce and barely had any on it, no flavor to the chicken or pasta. I think my local pizzeria makes a better one. 5/10 The appetizer was sort of mediocre as well, I think Panera Bread makes the same appetizer for half the price. (Flatbread with "fresh mozzarella", small slice of prosciutto, balsamic glaze and roasted red peppers). 6/10 The ambient of the location was like 6/10. Alot of people just smoking at the entrance. Our waiter was very friendly so the tip she did deserve. (If you like food that is not really seasoned and with out flavor, I think you wouldn't mind it) For the hype that ITA Kitchen has and its social media presence, I expected a whole next level of experience and dining. Waited 30 minutes because they messed up our reservation, they gave us complimentary drinks when they heard us talking about bailing. Food was good but service was lacking. We were told everything had to be ordered at once and the waiter changed one of our orders without mentioning it and expected us to be okay with it.
