The best Sicilian cannolis I have eaten are here, "il casale dei golosi", in Rome. The dough is crispy without being greasy, and the filling is light and very fragrant. The pistachio or gianduia tortines are also a real treat, very fine, not too sweet. An address that I can only recommend to you without a shadow of hesitation.
