This is the best Customer Service team ever I go there at least 4 to 5 times a week. Every last person that works there is awesome just friendly and welcoming true meaning of Customer Service I think you guys for just having Humanity still in this world. (iced coffee, shake protein, and mocha) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ll no longer be visiting this location. This has been one of the rudest staff experiences I’ve encountered. It feels like the issue starts with leadership and trickles down through the team. There is a clear lack of customer awareness; no eye contact, minimal acknowledgment, and an overall dismissive tone. It’s very disappointing, especially when basic courtesy and professionalism should be the standard. I’m only leaving this review in hopes that it gets rectified and that others won’t have the same experience.

Ordered a simple small iced latte, turned out so light so i asked to add an espresso shot they were not happy, i wanted to pay so she charged more than 3$ for the espresso shot, claiming that its a whole new transaction. Anywhere else it would have been a 0.99$ additional charge or free to at least make it up for the customer. Its not about the couple extra dollars i wouldn't have cared if it was a good cup of coffee, however its about the concept. Oh and let alone the attitude that no one needs to deal with.
