Terrible service! We had an 8 o’clock reservation outside the table was empty and waiting for us when we arrive but it still took 10 minutes for someone to seat us #1 and #2-does anyone have to tell a big time major-league restaurant that went six people ordered dinner not to bring two dishes out and then five minutes later bring two more dishes out and then five minutes later bring the last two dishes out so that the first two diners have to either start without their friends or watch their food get cold while they wait for the runner to bring the other four meals; that’s just basic restaurant 101 like don’t fill up one person’s water when they ask - fill everybody’s water glass up while you’re there, duh!We were sitting outside and our waiter probably had a number of tables inside and we got the short end of the stick all night long it was terrible service- in a word! And I’ve been to Madisons no less than 50 times in the past
