The burger was overcooked, they seemed thinner than before. Most of the fries are less than an inch long. The shake didn't even look like chocolate and just tasted like some liquid sweetness. Not what I remember. Second time in a row that I have not enjoyed in and out. Before. I enjoyed it every time.

My first 4x4 at In-N-Out Had my first 4x4 on March 7 around 1 pm. The staff were friendly and quick. Ella was awesome — she customized my order without breaking a sweat. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Solid experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
