Our family of 7 came for dinner on a Tuesday night and were surprised at how busy it was. That did not detract from the stellar service provided by the staff. The food was incredible. Absolutely incredible. If you enjoy Indian food, we highly recommend coming here. They even had nuggets and chips on the menu that made my ASD son with food sensory issues incredibly happy. Thank you for an enjoyable night. We visited last night to celebrate our father's 80th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Our 5-year-old accidentally spilled his juice, and the staff promptly brought a replacement without any fuss. Once they learned we were celebrating our father's milestone birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert platter complete with a candle, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the evening. A special thank you to Mohith and the other two staff members who looked after us so well—they were friendly, welcoming, and helped make the celebration extra special. The only area for improvement would be the cocktails. The staff did mention that they were on the sweeter side, but we found them a little sweeter than expected. That said, it was a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic dining experience. Thank you for helping make our father's 80th birthday celebration so memorable. We look forward to visiting again. After a long time, I finally found the best Indian restaurant in Rotorua which is Indian Star restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! And service was also top-notch.
