We never received our delivery, even after receiving a text that it was delivered. There wasn’t a photo showing when it was left and I cannot challenge it through DoorDash because they say the order is still pending. I tried to call the store multiple times to get it resolved and it would ring once and then hang up.

BAD Customer Service. Extremely rude and selfish cashier. I walk in with a good attitude and smile, she wiped it of my face with her bad attitude she didn’t even say hello in return and she was just pointing at stuff when I would ask questions. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I ended up walking away without purchasing anything. As long as the cashier is there i wouldn’t go back in to the shop!

Dalton was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and made our visit such a fun experience. He was super enthusiastic, walked us through different menu options, and really made us feel welcome. It’s rare to see someone so genuine and upbeat, and it definitely made our stop at Insomnia Cookies extra special. Thanks, Dalton!
