This was at 1 pm March 26th. The woman was VERY rude, and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes and the woman approached us with attitude and every reply she gave us was with attitude and she told us we couldn’t get shaved ice but she just gave the people in front of us shaved ice. And she said we have to wait until 3 for shaved ice but it doesn’t say that anywhere. Overall the service was an 0 and we didn’t even get anything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'm very sorry that you had a negative experience. I was actually surprised by your coment. The person on shift is normally very very sweet. I think she was flustered because she was busy and then out of ice and maybe let it show in that moment. Shoot me an email and give me a chance to make it right...

Hannah is such a sweetie. She’s very patient and informative. The cupcakes were yummy and the presentation is very nice. It was Hannah’s willingness to help that make me and my best friend stop because we had just spend 50.00 on two burgers but when we asked her questions about advertisement we had to purchase something. We did the 4 for 16 and we were glad we did! We will be back girl Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I saw the cupcakes and just had to try one! I had the banana pudding cupcake - absolutely no regrets, it was perfection in my opinion. Vendor was lovely! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
