I have been at this hotel as a guest since June 6, 2026 and have fell in love with this place. Everything about this hotel is Amazing. The Staff, food, smiles and the customer service. This is by far one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I would like to recognize Jessica on of the first person to serve me in the restaurant. I ate here just about everyday and she have been nothing but kind and professional. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Jessica, keep rocking it because you are truly a Rockstar! We stopped into the Iris Café at the Tribute Hotel in Cincinnati, OH, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay—thanks to Selina. The café has a great vibe and feels like the perfect spot to unwind, but Selina is what really makes the experience special. She was attentive and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down.
