Extremely disappointing experience at the Crescat outlet. We were told there was an offer on ghee rice and biriyani, so we ordered the ghee rice. What we received was not ghee rice at all. It was clearly just jeera rice. This feels misleading and unacceptable. The food quality was terrible and completely inedible. For the price they charge, this is absolutely not justified. Very poor quality, poor transparency, and a complete waste of money. Would not recommend this place at all. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have taken DUM BIRIYANI with Korma CHICKEN is so delicious and staff called AKRAM he was so nice to the customers talks politely and understands what customer needs. I surely come back there for HIM and the FOOD Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is not enough for the price. (The thimg i got was 4×chicken jeera rice) Also the chicken pieces are not cooked well and not kept in a sufficient quantity. Mainly the food was very cold, notabale thing is, we got the food within 15 mins from your place to our place. The photo they presented and the thing we got was 100percent changed. Finaly we got a worst food from you all. Dont do these things for any customers who gets it as delivery. Thank you. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 3,000–4,000 Food: 1
