Wait 30 plus min from expected pick up time. The best was their curly frieds and they got rid of them. Food cold, and last time had to sub boneless for bone in...never got sides I paid for. This place has gone downhill!!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First and last time trying this place (Chili's dba It's Just Wings). Order was for pickup and was 57 minutes late. The young lady running orders said she didn't know how long it would take for my order to get ready. When it was finally brought out I was offered a half-hearted apology.
