Wonderful experience at this Fantastic restaurant. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was fantastic, some of the best sauces I have tasted. Wine pairing with the meal was very good also. If you are heading to San Sebastián I highly recommend booking a table here for a special experience. We booked as a party of 6. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with passion. The service struck the perfect balance between professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed without feeling pretentious. (Julen was an excellent sommelier and delivered on some outstanding wines). Every course felt thoughtfully prepared and timed perfectly. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be returning to try the a la carte menu (beef Wellington looked unreal) and recommending to others. The service was excellent. The food was brilliant. The lobster, the scallop and the unbelievable smoked eel were highlights. The location is pristine.
