If you are in Mérida, JUSTO Bread Studio is a must-visit. The owner’s hospitality really sets this place apart—you feel like a guest in a friend's home. The food is phenomenal (get the croissant sandwich!) and the coffee is excellent. I loved the interactive touch of being able to pick out records to play.
