Jade Rabbit is pretty near James Craig Tall Ship. From the guests' point of view, the terrific service doesn't exceed visitors' expectations.

Saturday night there was a DJ who was awesome but nowhere to dance really. The bar was nice but the staff treat customers terribly - my 4 stars are for the DJ & atmosphere. The drinks are expensive & the staff haven't been trained to understand they're expected to make them & behave in a way that reflects these prices - not spill half of them & expect customers to accept it, nor tell customers they refuse to wipe down dirty sticky tables, nor bark at customers as to how they should have their drinks when a customer requests they are made or mixed a certain way. THE CUSTOMER PAYS, NOT THE STAFF - they need better management to control their unprofessional staff. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
