Trash! I recently placed an order through Caviar aka doordash and when I received the order: 1. The Food was extremely COLD 2. I specifically asked the restaurant to not add gravy on my meal, only to receive my meal drenched in gravy. 3. Salad was brown and not fresh. 4.Mac and cheese was just top level cheese with no macaroni. 5. Rice was overly cooked, soft and watery. 6. I spent 21.00 and the food was thrown in the the trash. The meal wasn't edible and not fit for a dog. 7. Called the restaurant, spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager, He was very disrespectful, rude and disgusting. He was very argumentative and refuse to take accountability. Making excuses and projecting....not to mention hung the phone 3 times and claim it was me...like I said no accountability not even for that. No apologies, no how can we make it right, just back and forth banter. Refuse to except the the food was trash. There are several locations and unfortunately this is the locations that doordash/ ubereats have assigned me, he even argued about that too. It was embarrassing. I will never order from this particular restaurant again, I might not order from this franchise completely. Customers beware buy at your own risk. Customer service is poor and the food is not worth 2 cents. There are many other locations. Stay far away from this one.
