I ordered Philadelphia roll and got a piece of fish inside and no cream cheese at all ,ordered another salmon roll didn’t got the salmon roll but imitation crab roll barely in there too ,so they got my order wrong plus didn’t got the Philadelphia roll right either,imagine waiting to taste that cream cheese and theres not even a smell of it .lol not recommended this place at all. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20

I went to Japan house today for tge first time ever and I was very impressed with the customer service.The girl lexxie was super nice and let me no everything I needed to no answered all my questions and I appreciate customer service like that alot so if your hungry and dont want to deal with rude people just go to Japan house.Def rating 5 stars so worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the tempura shrimp platter with vegetables take out . I litany got 1 shrimp that's it I called to have them rectify the so called dinner. They would not and hung up. Per the manager. As a former manager of 5 star restaurants in Florida and New York. This is unacceptable. No wonder I was told by other residents not to eat there
