Japango in Boulder is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The menu is fantastic across the board—the sushi rolls were incredibly fresh and delicious, the appetizers hit the mark, and their drink selection is top-tier (both the mocktails and the wine list are wonderful). On top of the amazing food and drinks, the atmosphere is vibrant, lively, and energetic. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout the evening.
