My husband and I bought food which was very good. It was during jazz fest. He needed to use the restroom. First they said they didn't have one. Then when ai mentioned that ant place that has over 20 seats according to NYS law has to have public bathrooms - then they were out of order. SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Stopped in for coffee and was shocked to find there’s no restroom because it’s “under construction.” How does a coffee shop operate without a restroom for customers? The solution was apparently to use the library bathroom across the street except the library was closed. At the very least, there should be a sign on the door warning people before they order, sit down, and realize there’s no restroom available. Coffee shops are places people stay awhile — this feels like basic customer service and communication. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Never have been to a coffee shop before. A friend of mine suggested it and took me along for the trip, and I'm glad he did. Their coffee is good, and the hot chocolate is fantastic. If you want a fun place to be without all the alcohol the Java's Cafe is a place to try. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
