Our only visit was on Mother's Day for dinner. We called and made a reservation the day before. This should have clued us in, there were no other places that were taking reservations at this time. We walk in, say we have a reservation, are told by this older gentleman behind the bar that they were really busy. While there were SEVERAL  empty tables in the main room. I ordered my drink, spouse passed on his. Then took a sip of mine and wanted to get the same for himself. We put in his order but we never received the drink. He ordered the lamb - it was incredibly tough and not very flavorful at all. I ordered the chicken wrapped in prosciutto- it was very salty and the chicken was very dry. We ordered the creme brûlée - it was not very good and tiny, so we ordered another dessert. The older guy comes over and asks us if we really want another dessert??!! The whole meal and experience was terrible. Never ever going back. Ever.

Service took forever, and by forever I mean multiple times of having to ask for the same thing. Food was on the level of chef boyardee ten years past expiration just without any taste. Clearly caters to the early bird special crowd. The best part of dinner, the love music. Do yourself a favor, spend your free time and money elsewhere.

My boyfriend & I went to Jeffrey's for Valentines Day dinner, our reservation was for 6pm. We were promptly greeted and sat at our table by the hostess. We had absolutely no issue with our server himself, he was very young and also very busy. But the service in general from this establishment was an absolute joke. They had a fixed menu for Valentines Day and I ordered ravioli, not knowing there were 2 choices and the waiter just picked one of the two... which was the wrong one, not a big deal, ravioli doesn't take long and I didn't mind waiting, honest mistake. But, I couldn't even order another glass of wine, couldn't ask for more water, anything we needed it seemed impossible to get, along with the tables all around us. We were in good spirits, understanding it's a very busy night. We were finished with our dishes for about 45 minutes before we could get a box or a dessert menu. Finally we got our food packed up and we ordered cheesecake and an espresso martini, 20 minutes later we got the espresso martini which was made incorrectly and our server explained the bartender told him the wrong ingredients, even though they are on the menu... But my other question is why on the earth is the bartender not making the service drinks? Maybe that works for this restaurant on a typical night but a busy night like Valentines Day - it absolutely did not, especially with only 2 patrons at the bar and a full dining room. Another 20 minutes later as I was about to get up to just ask for the check, our server brought us the cheesecake and I immediately asked for a box and the check... 15 minutes after that I got up to just get the check myself, the hostess asked me who my server was and what table I was sitting at ...um, I don't know the servers name I saw him for 10 minutes out of the 2 hours I have been here and I'm sorry I am unfamiliar with your floor plan, are you kidding me? The server came from the back and I told him we did not want the dessert either, it was just getting out of hand. There was another table who was sat next to us while we were waiting for the last 20 minutes and they actually got up and left, never even being greeted. The hostess was standing in the corner looking over the dining room just flipping her hair, I get that bussing and greeting tables is not your job but there is such thing as helping others. When I got up again to pay the check I asked for the dessert to be taken off of the check and the hostess just did nothing but stand there again, I went to the bar to try to get help, the waiter said he couldn't help me. We paid and we finally asked the only person who seemed like he knew was he was doing if we could speak to him and he said yes & introduced himself as the owner. My boyfriend attempted to explain the situation only to be interrupted 30 seconds into the conversation by some woman saying hello to the owner and he simply just lost all interest and started talking to her. I instantly said, this is a joke, we need to just leave. How in the world does this restaurant stay afloat? Better service from McDonalds.
