After a long day at work, I stopped by Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and had an excellent experience thanks to Alexander. His welcoming personality and positive attitude truly made my visit enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions about the flavors and even asked about food allergies, which I greatly appreciated. I was interested in trying a flavor that contained coconut, an ingredient I am allergic to, and his attentiveness showed genuine care for both customer satisfaction and safety. As someone in the medical field, that level of awareness and consideration stood out to me. Great job, Alexander. I will definitely be returning. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service.

Hours are inconsistent. Came Sunday 12/28 at 1215. I saw employees inside but the open sign, tvs are off, and no one came to the counter even tho I saw two employees. Shame Still not open at 12:40pm.
