Today I visited a Crumbl Cookies location and had an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve come to this location many times before and have always enjoyed it, which is why this interaction stood out even more. I have never had an issue here until now. Although the employee did answer our question, her tone was rude and full of attitude. She rolled her eyes, responded in a dismissive way, and said “you all have to pay” in a manner that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. She then walked away. When we received our order, the cookie was handled carelessly and felt as though it was being thrown rather than properly handed to us. I understand everyone can have bad days, but customers have no control over that and should not be treated with unnecessary attitude. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated moving forward. I do have a photo of the employee during this interaction and can provide it if management would like to review the situation.

Warm cookies are never warm. Ordered cookies on DoorDash for thin Thursday. The cookies have gotten smaller with each week from the FIRST time they were debuted as the Martha Stewart collection. Not to mention someone was heavy handed with the sea salt. These are the worst thin Thursday cookies thus far at THIS location.

If I could give this location a 0 I definitely would. Today I was sent a Valentines Day box of BURNT strawberry cakes from a loved one. (See pictures attached) I immediately called the Spring location and spoke to someone name "Rosa". I explained to her that my cakes are burnt and hard. She immediately became defensive and said "well they don't have to look exactly like the pictures on the website " I told her that I don't expect them too, however these a burnt. She began to get rude and eventually hung up on me. I went up to the spring location with the BURNT cakes in hand. The franchise owner agreed they are burnt. When I asked for "Rosa" he said that he doesn't have anyone working with that name. The employees at this location are RUDE AND GIVE OUT FAKE NAMES TO PROTECT THEIR IDENTITY. The customer service at this location is horrible. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Woodlands location instead.
