Very good overall, however one thing that stood out to me was the impeccable customer service. I believe the lady at the counters name was Milly? She was incredible, very sweet and polite and made me feel welcomed while getting my order done in a timely fashion. She made me a new regular, if I was her boss I would pay her 5 billion dollars a second. Service: 5

I haven't actually patronized this establishment, but wanted to comment on the outstanding character of the people who work there. I stumbled and fell in the parking lot across the street. Within a minute or two, a lovely young woman who works there showed up with a cup of ice, and first aid supplies for me. This was above and beyond for someone who wasn't even a customer. I will certainly be stopping by to make a purchase the next time I visit Old Town Spring.

Hi don't mind my name. I tried trilogy brew for the first time in HEB (literally just now) and it's delicious! my barista was sweet and answered my questions. as a barista myself this drink is well made and yummy. I got the cookie butter latte. I think I'm going to fight a war on the toliet soon but it's worth it. look at this epic photo I took Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
