I brought a Sub and soda and 2 chips. When I went to pour my soda she said “oh yeah it’s broken. So I was able to purchase a fountain drink knowing it was broken. I gave the cup back and asked for a refund. Which I was given a receipt not clear enough to read. Zuleiisa said my refund should be back into my account 2-4 days. When I asked her to write down her name so I can call back in 4 days it changed to 5-7 business. If this is you standard refund policy it is a terrible one. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

Came in on 5/15/26 around 11:45 AM to pick up an order. I didn’t catch her name, but she had several small tattoos, specifically on the back of her arm, and was making sandwiches when I arrived. Unfortunately, her attitude toward customers came across as sarcastic and unwelcoming. Explained to her that a drink order was a mistake and if I can replace it for someone who was pregnant and was given a dirty look and attitude. I understand everyone has off days, but customer service and professionalism go a long way. The other two ladies working were very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
