I stumbled across Jib's bar after a cold night exploring Tsugaike and was met by barman Tom who welcomed me in with cold craft beer. Great atmosphere and fun bar games (Wii and karaoke) and reasonably priced drinks for a prime location Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
