Food was not ready. Call it in 45 minutes early to have it ready by 12 noon. The food was not ready. I will not be coming back here for a while Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ive ordered from here for years now. The last year or so I've noticed a definite decline in service. Food is always good but I cant understand how it takes over an hour to recieve an order for one sandwich. I live less than five minutes from the store. This is an ongoing problem not a one off situation. Your food deserves better service. Do better. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1

I took my mother there a week or too ago and the staff is very nice they made sure we had everything we needed. The food is great. I'll tell you this Jimmy John's is way better then subway!!! My new sub sandwich place is Jimmy John's. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
