The food here was incredible! Tasted delicious and was incredibly hot. Not super salty either! Good sized portions. The pork lo mein was loaded with pork. Might have found my new favorite Chinese restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Recently had two take-out orders from Fortune. Both were absolutely delicious and reasonable. To-go items are well packaged. Loved the Orange Chicken, and more recently General Tso's Chicken. Both now favorites! Staff is friendly and efficient. Returning soon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I live on the northwest side of Rochester. I found this place by searching for the best Chinese food in Rochester. People, it most certainly is! I ordered egg foo young and it was the best I've had in decades. If you been in Rochester awhile like I have, you may remember Cathay Pagoda, when the mom (Cathay) ran things and the food was fantastic. When the Singers and Movie stars came to Rochester, they would go to Cathay Pagoda for good food and drinks. Well, I am deeeelighted to say that Fortune Chinese Restaurant's food is equally fit for stars. The food is fresh and deeelicious. Fortune Chinese Restaurant, please don't change a thing.
