I bought a whole slab and rice/red beans. The food is excellent and I liked the KC style sauce. Rice & Red Beans were really good as well. Easy off the bone if you’re wondering. Paying is a bit tricky. One must pay attention to the tip choices. At least they aren’t hiding it on the bill like some places do. Anyhow, the place is busy and parking is a bit far, however if you want takeout, they have plenty of spots for that, which is pretty cool. You don’t want to walk a block for takeout and here they make sure you can get one close-by. Cleanliness is average. It’s BBQ not fancy. My sauce squirt bottle was not slippery, a good thing. I don’t see any wet wipes. Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que is the best!! Every time my kids come from Texas, we make the trip to Joe's! A fun and delicious place to eat, and customer service is excellent!!
