We went there for our anniversary, and it was the most amazing experience in Austin. We are vegetarians so to find so many options that also taste good is very rare. Also we were very very full when we came out so that’s a good thing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Juniper continues to prove why it’s one of Austin’s premier dining destinations. We started with the Puffy Potato, topped with pecorino fonduta and white truffle oil, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Rich, indulgent, and packed with flavor. The Crudo was a standout. The combination of avocado purée, salted cucumber, everything bagel seeds, and finger lime was incredibly fresh and creative. Every bite delivered something different, and honestly, it was one of those dishes that makes you stop and appreciate how good it is. The Cacio e Pepe was everything you’d hope for—simple, classic, and executed perfectly. For the main event, the Cavatelli with rock shrimp, vermouth butter, serrano, lemon, and breadcrumbs was pure perfection. The balance of richness, brightness, heat, and texture was spot on. From start to finish, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Juniper delivers elevated Italian-inspired cuisine without feeling pretentious, and it’s easy to see why it’s become such a staple of Austin’s dining scene. Looking forward to my next visit. Oh I have sooo much to say - ALL GOOD THINGS Was here last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were in the salon area which was pretty private. Tables weren’t packed so even though there were other parties it felt like our own little place. Our table was ready ahead of time, there was no waiting. Service was warm. Not overly interfering. There was plenty of help on Menu in case we had questions. All the courses were served only when the previous ones were finished which is a big plus for me. I hate it when places dump everything on the table all at once. Martinis were lit. Rigatoni was delicious. And we had stuffed peppers which were just so unique - in a good way. And here the best part. For desserts we had Milk and Honey. Oh my goodness!!!! If you are there please never skip it. Its sooooooo good. I’d come back here again & again just for that. It was my husband’s birthday so the dessert was on the house. And we were given a return present as well when we left. All in all, loved the place, the people, the food. Everything. Keep up the amazing work guys!! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Saumya, Wow—thank you so much for this wonderful review! We couldn't be happier to hear that your husband's birthday celebration was such a memorable experience. It means a lot to know that you enjoyed everything from the atmosphere in the Salon and the pacing of the meal to the warm service from our team. We believe great hospitality is all about creating space for guests to relax and enjoy each course at the right moment, so we're thrilled that stood out to you. We're also delighted that the martinis, rigatoni, and stuffed peppers made an impression—but we have to admit, we completely understand your enthusiasm for the Milk & Honey dessert! We'll be sure to share your praise with our pastry team. Thank you for choosing to celebrate such a special occasion with us. We're honored to have been part of it and are so glad the birthday touches helped make the evening even more memorable. We can't wait to welcome you both back again soon. The Juniper Team
