I ordered online and they left out my dipping sauces again and I did not get any napkins or utensils. I tried calling the store several times and they would not answer the phone. They need to recheck the order before bagging it. Also the delivery person is suppose to check and reconfirm the order is complete. I am so upset with this place. The chicken nuggets I got were so small they could have added a couple more to compensate. Also, please don’t put cold food mixed with hot food. Warm coleslaw is not good at lease for me. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

So I ordered two famous bowls and at the window I decided to add the drinks and the customer service there is terrible. They didn’t suggest to make it as a meal so I had to pay six more dollars for two drinks terrible service. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a simple request on my order and I was even willing to pay extra. By the way I always do it and had no problem before. I ended up leaving went to another KFC and they had no problem with my request. Now the cashier was super nice but the manager didn’t even care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
