Greedy and pathetic owner hired a parking enforcement company to boot car that are park there. In the 10 minutes it took me to got next door and come back I was booted and charged 100$ to have it removed. There is a guy sitting in the parking lot watching people park and instead of warning/informing he slap a boot on your car. This is all happening while the people working in the Wendy's sit there and laugh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whoever is working drive through tonight is terrible. Doesn't greet when I pulled up, iust says "Give me a second" loudly over the speaker. Next they are out of Coke. Okay no problem. Order chicken tenders and he tells me its going to take 10 minutes to make. I work in a high volume restaurant and can get tenders out faster on a busy shift. I hear him tell the person behind me that they are out of tenders. Sounds like they just didnt want to make it. Sad incompetent group you have working here. Definitely not coming back to this location. I usually dont do fast food and this is the reason. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Booting customers cars within minutes is ridiculous. I parked here briefly and entered through an entrance with no visible boot warning signage (literally blocked by a tree), only to come back and find my car booted and be told I had to pay $100 on the spot. No dispute or escalation process whatsoever. The least you can do is post signs everywhere so people actually have a fair chance to know the rules. Instead, its like a setup to catch people off guard and charge them immediately. Very disappointing experience, this kind of predatory enforcement makes me not want to come back. No corporate fast food places should be booting customer cars, period. It’s so scammy, that’s not how you’re gonna get more customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
