I sat in the drive through with no answer and then pulled up to the window where nobody helped me either. They were open and had people inside. This happened to the car in front of me as well. I don’t know how this place is still open. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There are plenty of Wendy's in the city of Austin that CAN hack it, and it's baffling what a failure this place is. I have to guess that the management does not respect the employees, because they rarely behave respectfully towards customers. Food takes forever and they always try to leave out items or ignore specifics of your order. The experience of dining here is nothing that it should be. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
