Tasty chicken pies and perfectly cooked chicken sandwiches are the tastiest dishes. You can have good biscuits at this fast food. Most guests mention that the staff is knowledgeable here. Many people say that the service is enjoyable. If you come to KFC, certainly, you are to love the surrounding pleasant atmosphere. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Yesterday I went to KFC and ordered the Thursday special with two Snacker sandwiches. I wanted to complete a review through the receipt, but the receipt did not even have the restaurant number, address, or proper information, so I could not use the code. The employee who attended me at the drive-thru window was very rude. He told me to pull forward but never told me how long the wait would be. I waited about 15 minutes and nobody came outside with my food. I finally had to go inside to ask about my order, and he completely ignored me. I asked the girl at the front counter for my receipt, and then the employee rudely threw my food onto the counter without even apologizing for the wait. He did not apologize, did not ask if I wanted any sauces, and the fries portion was very small. What bothered me even more was that when I went inside, he already had my order in his hand but still never brought it out to me. The receipt shows the name “Randy,” but I am not sure if that was the employee who helped me. I visited around 1:00 p.m. yesterday, and another employee told me the person working the drive-thru was named “Cruse” (or something similar), so I am not certain about the exact name.
