This is the worst KFC branch in Qatar! I had a bad experience tonight. Three out of four self-ordering machines were not working, and card payments on the machines were also unavailable. The service crew seemed lazy and didn’t care about the customers waiting, especially the guy at the counter. The order took far too long to arrive. Even there are very few customers. Price per person: QAR 1–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service is extremely slow. The chicken is already prepared and everything is ready, but it still hasn’t been served. What’s worse is that there are no customers, yet the staff are still very slow. I don’t know their nationality, but they are Black, and they even look irritated when someone asks how many minutes it will take. I waited about 20 minutes, even though there were no customers. In comparison, the food court in the mall has many customers, but the staff work much faster there. Their productivity is very low compared to the food stalls in the mall that serve many customers quickly. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: QAR 1–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ambiance of the place is really comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. They will greet you with a huge smile upon entering the store. The food was so amazing its fresh and flavorable,..the best chicken ever in fast food Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
