Ordered a takeout few days back. Subway food is one of our favorite and we enjoy the different array of taste they offer. Nevertheless, hygiene was an issue in our most recent order. I had a steak and cheese salad, came home to eat, yet found a hair on the lettuce. Went back again to show it to the employee working that night, he was very courteous, apologized, blamed it on the distributor of vegetables and replaced my salad within a heartbeat. He was really nice and contained the situation. Yet again when I arrived home and opened the second salad, got another hair in the second one. By then I was nauseated and didn't bother to go again. I sent subway middle east via Instagram yet not even an acknowledgement of receipt of message was given. Pretty disappointed. The pictures show the first and second hair episodes.
