I’ve ordered through the drive through during the day and never had an issue. Tonight I decided to order a head through DoorDash and do a pick up. When I arrived other customers had been waiting for an hour. They didn’t start my order until I got there and prioritized the drive through. I ordered my food at 6pm and didn’t receive it until 7:30pm. Don’t waste your time or money here

I put 1 stars cause that’s the lowest it’ll let us rate this place. Literally the last 2 times I’ve been there I order 1 meal each time and I got sent to park in the front and waited. Literally 30 minutes both times just to come into the lobby and hear the employees in the back laughing and carrying on and they said both times my order was accidentally given to someone else but didn’t have the courtesy to come, tell me this place is literally horrible and new management and employees is needed Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have always had great service and great chicken here. Stopped by yesterday since I was in the area. We used to live near here, but now live in the east valley. Was not disappointed - has been the best KFC since moving to AZ. Not only did my meal taste great, they got my iced tea with just a touch of sweet tea in it perfect. Will be back anytime I am over that way
