False advertisement and terrible customer service. Asked the blonde cashier (not the one listed on receipt) why I was charged more than the advertise price and she stated, “yeah idk, it’s the wrong price up there. Another customer said the same thing earlier and my manager is supposed to fix it.” This cashier refused to honor price and asked her managers name and she said Melissa. The manager clearly needs more training and it’s pretty disgusting eating next to a leaking trash can. Will no longer support Carls Jr with this kind of service. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Why don't y'all ever answer the phone? You are not busy, I go there all the time and I see at least two of you just standing around.. anyways, stop giving out bad fries, it's the only reason I hesitate to go to Carl's Jr.. because the fries are sub par if best, I have to get the waffles fries.. I literally got a small fry and medium fry and they all hard, old as hell.. I used to work at a fast food for a couple years.. I know why the fries are like that.. can't y'all not be lazy and change them every 30 mins or so.. they get dry as hell under the heat lamp after a while.. good grief Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
