My experience at the KFC in Hernando, MS was horrible. I placed my order online at 7:30 PM, and the estimated pickup time was 7:34 PM. I didn’t receive my food until 8:06 PM—over 30 minutes past the promised pickup time. When I arrived, there were only two employees working: one young lady handling the drive-thru orders and one young man taking front counter orders. It appeared there was no one cooking the food, which caused a huge delay. The worst part was that after waiting all that time, the food wasn’t even good or fresh. I took one bite, and it tasted old and disappointing. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash at a local gas station because it wasn’t worth eating. I understand places can be short-staffed, but customers shouldn’t have to wait that long for an online order with no communication or updates, especially only to receive food that isn’t fresh. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling staff, balancing responsibilities, and ensuring the quality of the food they serve. Very disappointing experience. Never order online. They will not have it ready and cannot took them 20 minutes to even find my order. Sloppy way to do business. I won't make this mistake again,
