I worked at zaxbys 8 years ago and I can tell you from my experience working at this location we did not keep people waiting outside for their food for more than 5 minutes. Every single time I come to this location now whether I’ve placed an online order or not I’m forced to pull around to the front doors and wait 20 minutes for my order. Not to mention others behind me are stuck waiting just as long. What’s the point of making an online order if it’s not going to be ready when you get there. Seriously zaxbys y'all's efficiency and service is abysmal and this issue needs to be corrected. You clearly can’t see the problem with having people waiting and the line wrapped around the building with no way of exiting because of this. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
