Rapid service and I recommend the chicken salade because it’s so tasty and also kids likes their chicky fun meal nuggets Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Only chips so delicious and served hot Dietary restrictions: No allergen

Very poor service at KFC Bagatelle. Kept waiting behind the counter to order since there was a queue at the self order screens and no queue for the counter orders. Greeted the servers twice and was ignored. Finally, the third time one server asked her colleague to take the order - this was done coldly, without any greeting or smile. Upon ordering I was told they only accepted cash (no mention of this anywhere and there were card machines present) and that if I wanted to pay by card I should use the self order screens. Price per person: Rs 200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
