I loved it; it was my first time at KFC and the food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was 10/10. I felt right at home—I recommend it. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Avoid this location at all costs!!! I went to this location about a month ago, and I was lucky enough to get 8 pieces of chicken that were all fresh. About 2 weeks ago, I went back to this location, and they gave me 4 fresh pieces and 4 old pieces of chicken. After taking the food home and eating one of the old pieces, I took the fresh pieces out , and returned to this location with the old pieces. I informed them that the chicken was old, and that I had eaten one and it did not taste good. I was told that because I only brought 3 pieces back instead of 4 they would only replace the 3 that I brought in even though the one I unfortunately ate, was not satisfactory. The customer service I received was terrible, as the manager gave me an attitude for bringing them back, and I was told that they WERE fresh, after asking the manager to look at the pieces. I then waited about 10 mins for 3 pieces of chicken fresh out of the grease. Those were good, so I took a chance at this location again this week. In the process of ordering I specifically asked for fresh pieces of chicken, stating the problem I had previously with receiving old chicken. The girl at the register yelled to the back that my order should be fresh out of the grease. The short light skin lady who was the manager yelled back to her that they were “all fresh out the grease” they then proceeded to give me 8 not fresh pieces of chicken. I did not return this time as I did not want to waste gas again to receive an attitude, and it was the Tuesday $10 special. As a result, I will NEVER patronize this location again, and I will recommend customers to avoid this location at ALL COSTS!! Disrespect, lack of courtesy, and poor quality!! This location needs to be closed!! Believe the 3.5 rating and STAY AWAY!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been in lots of KFC locations but this has been the worst so far. 3 employees provide different instructions for pick up and the big manager guy overrules everything with offensive attitude. Also the store says it has 98.0 score of sanitization but take a loot at the picture I’ve attached. They seemed overwhelmed with no crowd inside. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
