The young man at the window 5/22 at 155am is rude as hell. When I got tonthe speaker, he was absolutely unprofessional. Then when I got tonwindow, without even a good morning/good evening, a hi, nothing. he just opened the window and said we dont have coffee. And I said, u can't brew none? And he stood there looking silly and rapping. So I asked for Miss Tina. Miss Tina came up and got him together real quick. And got me fresh coffee. Cuz Miss Tina is the best. Love to see her smiling face. I used to come to this location every morning and stopped coming due to poor customer service from previous employees. I decided to pass back by just to try and see if customer service had improved. Obviously not. Shout out to Miss Tina tho. Always sweet & pleasant. Won't be returning back to this location unless its day time. Cuz this kid here at the window act like he hanging in the streets instead of working. Do better young man. Terrible service. I ordered 2 caramel frappes. The employee was not friendly at all and told me to move to the next window. When I paid, he closed the window while I was still asking a question. He was an African American employee with braids. Then a female employee came out to give me the frappes, apologizing for the service I received from that person. But it feels a bit unfair—I think he acted that way because English isn’t my first language Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a first for me... I had to return to a review and totally give a negative experience review. 1) bad attitude from manager. Not the regular staff mind... The manager. She opens the dining room late almost every morning. Like 15-45 minutes late. If you complain about standing in the cold and wet for half an hour, she deals with it by badmouthing you for daring to be unhappy 2) calling the police on customers for... Laughing... No, you read that correctly, for laughing at her. The manager, a very unpleasant black female, got enraged and called the police to escort me out for laughing at her. What I found funny was her command that I stop using my laptop. To my knowledge McDonald's has openly encouraged customers to bring their laptops and order lunch or breakfast while working. As a software engineer I greatly appreciate working during my breakfast. I couldn't help but laugh when rudely ordered to pack up because I thought it was a joke... Apparently it wasn't very funny to her. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
