I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell today. I placed an order for almost $30 and pulled up to the drive-thru, but no one answered the speaker. I waited, thinking someone would eventually respond, but there was absolutely no communication. I then went to the side and front doors, which were all locked, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. After getting no assistance, I went to the drive-thru window and knocked until someone finally came over. I explained to the cook that I was waiting for food I ordered over 30 minutes ago, he shut the window and walked away. Then the manager came to the window and told me to “calm down” as she saw I was escalated from a lack of service. I explained I was simply trying to get the food I had already paid for. She then told me to cancel my order because she wasn’t going to make it. The lack of customer service, communication, and professionalism was unacceptable. If the restaurant isn’t ready to serve customers, the manager should communicate that instead of ignoring people and refusing to fulfill paid orders. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to any Taco Bell location. Its exhausting. Not sure if there's only one person working at 1115pm but been in the drive thru for over 30 min and still have 2 cars in front of me. Trapped due to how the drive thru is...oh...wait I had to edit this. There were 3 workers inside. Total time to get 3 tacos 38 minutes. Very shocking! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This review is purely for how disgusting inside the store was in this very dead inside lobby. The doors on the entrance/exit hand the hand prints of a hundred years on them as did the touch screens for ordering and any counters I saw Ive gotten food from drive thru before and its been good but this made me question the state of what the kitchen is like now (but I didnt think to look I just left after being grossed out trying to get in and order)
