Just tried the Hot Wings back at KFC — they’re insanely delicious! Crispy, juicy, and perfectly spicy. Even better than I remembered! The staff was super friendly and welcoming too. Fast service and great vibes. Highly recommend! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff is rude and not helpful at all I came in to pick up an order which was not ready and they told me to drive back to the window In 5 minutes and when I did drive back there was a bald guy who told me to drive back again in 5 mins and when I told him that I already waited for 5 mins he just came up with the order already prepared and he just wanted to waste 5 mins of my time

If I could give this kfc on Mae Anne a negative -10 I would. I ordered lunch through the drive-thru today at this KFC on Mayan Avenue in Northwest Reno — a really decent area — then went inside to pick up a third-party delivery order. While waiting, I politely asked the manager for the bathroom key. He refused, saying I had to purchase something first because they get a lot of homeless people and drug users. The night before, the staff was very friendly and let me use the restroom with no problem, even while picking up a delivery order. Today I was a paying customer from my own lunch order, plus I was picking up someone else’s paid order. I was well-dressed and well-groomed straight from a job interview. I felt demeaned and singled out. This felt like selective enforcement — they apply their policy only when it’s convenient for them. The food was also very dry and tough, and they substituted a breast for a wing without telling me. I will not be returning to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
