Tasty fried chicken, coleslaw and mac-n-cheese will impress you at the first bite. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at this fast food. At KFC, you can order dishes as a takeaway. Most reviewers find that the staff is attentive here. Cool service is something that guests note in their comments. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the appalling prices here. The homey atmosphere meets you at this place. But many people who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

KFC is a solid choice in Rochester. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Rochester. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited it line inside the store for 10 min there were no orders on the board...they knew I was there and didn't take my order...I ended up leaving so mad right now. Ended up going to 2nd street. The 14th street store is not doing its job...you will lose more customers with a crew like this Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
