The employees at this location are just plain rude. Someone in my party walked in with an empty clear cup to throw it away. They stopped everything to yell at them that no outside food or drink was allowed. I asked why they needed to yell they stated that it is a rule and they are an independent business with their own rules. I see why there are so many reviews noting the rude staff. Avoid this location at all costs. They are just unnecessarily rude. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor customer service. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and completely ruined my Subway sandwich. She kept interrupting the employee who was making my order and insisted that he make it her way instead of the way I requested. It was very frustrating and unnecessary. I simply wanted my sandwich made the way I ordered it, but she kept interfering. Really disappointing experience. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
