Not a single customer in the store and one person in the drive through and when we walked in, someone yelled, “be with you shortly.” We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one ever came. An employee was seen in the back scrolling on her phone. So we turned around and left. Terrible customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an online order for a family meal and everything went smoothly until I got home and found a piece of hair in the Mac and cheese! I tried to call the store to see about a refund or maybe just a new side but no answer!! I called twice. I definitely will not go back to that location. My Wife and I have been buying KFC at 4235 south Peoria for many years many years. We have enjoyed it. In the last few years the staff has left out a side or drink or something else but it wasn’t but once in a while, how ever it has been every time lately. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, we ordered an 8 piece bucket but came less 2 pcs of chicken. I don’t believe there is an employee cure for the lack of caring for this KFC which is too bad for a restaurant that has been much appreciated in the past! Good luck in the future KFC, your on the path of failure! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
