Visited on weekend around 6 PM. Although I presume weekends naturally might be busier, waiting over 15 minutes in line when the café wasn't crowded felt excessive. The service pace was surprisingly slow, and the experience became increasingly frustrating as a result. To make matters worse, the Affogato was enjoyable, but the price-to-value ratio felt somewhat out of balance.
