Thank you for visiting our restaurant. First and foremost, we would like to apologize that the food did not suit your taste and that the doneness was not to your liking. We also understand that the staff member who served you was unfriendly and that you felt uncomfortable. We sincerely apologize for our failure to communicate effectively. Regarding the food, while we do ask that you order a certain amount of food, it is possible to share your meal. Regarding bringing your own wine, we carry a wide selection of carefully curated vintage and rare wines. As a general rule, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own wine. Our corkage fee is set based on our location and relative circumstances. As for the prices of our bottled wines, we do have some relatively reasonably priced options in stock. We would be happy to assist you if you could ask our staff for more information. Regarding dining with small children (up to 5 years old), we can only accommodate them in private rooms. Unlike the counter seats, these rooms do not have a teppanyaki grill, so guests cannot watch the cooking process. We have implemented this policy for the safety of small children. We appreciate your understanding. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your meal on this occasion.
