The interior of Kaika

Kaika is pretty near Ginza Graphic Gallery. The hallmark of this restaurant is serving good red snapper, steaks and foie gras. After a long working day, you can taste delicious wine or good beer. Clients don't like tea at Kaika.

The warm atmosphere of this place makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. A lot of people have noticed that the staff is cool at this place. Fine service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. The average score of this spot on Google is 4.3.

Excellent teppanyaki with high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. A fantastic dining experience that we would happily return to. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was decent ...but we felt like the fish that we ordered was a bit undercooked and the beef (A5) was chewer than usual. Corkage is ridiculous at 5000 Yen and the wine selection only offers the higher end choices. We are not fron Japan and typically share our food, which seems to be uncustomary. The waitress seems to have an attitude all the time (although we understand to some extent, having 2 kids with us). Private dining (which is required for having kids) is isolated without a view of the grill. In all we wouldn't return here; strongly not recommended for family. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for visiting our restaurant. First and foremost, we would like to apologize that the food did not suit your taste and that the doneness was not to your liking. We also understand that the staff member who served you was unfriendly and that you felt uncomfortable. We sincerely apologize for our failure to communicate effectively. Regarding the food, while we do ask that you order a certain amount of food, it is possible to share your meal. Regarding bringing your own wine, we carry a wide selection of carefully curated vintage and rare wines. As a general rule, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own wine. Our corkage fee is set based on our location and relative circumstances. As for the prices of our bottled wines, we do have some relatively reasonably priced options in stock. We would be happy to assist you if you could ask our staff for more information. Regarding dining with small children (up to 5 years old), we can only accommodate them in private rooms. Unlike the counter seats, these rooms do not have a teppanyaki grill, so guests cannot watch the cooking process. We have implemented this policy for the safety of small children. We appreciate your understanding. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your meal on this occasion. We take your feedback regarding any shortcomings as valuable input and will use it to make improvements in the future. Ginza Teppanyaki Kaika

We had a great experience at Kaika Teppanyaki. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and we ordered the lobster course menu with the Japanese fillet and garlic rice. The lobster was already cut in half when they presented it to us, and everything was cooked perfectly. The appetizer was good, and we especially loved the meat, the buttery lobster, the garlic rice and the miso soup that came with lobster. The yuzu liquor was also very good. It was fun watching the chef cook the meal in front of us, since this was our first time trying teppanyaki. We would definitely come back. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
